Do you know the real cost of each treatment?

Most clinics know material and lab costs. But the real cost is the chair hour: rent, staff, sterilization, insurance, equipment depreciation. EUSTAK calculates the full cost and shows real profit per treatment plan.

The invisible cost of every chair hour

Every minute a patient occupies your chair has a cost, even without materials. Rent is due, staff is on site, sterilization uses resources, and equipment depreciates. That is your hourly cost: fixed expenses divided by productive hours.

If you do not calculate hourly cost, you do not know true profit. A 1,200 EUR implant with 350 EUR material and 200 EUR lab looks like 650 EUR profit. But if your hourly cost is 80 EUR and it takes 3 hours, real profit is 410 EUR. The gap is huge and multiplies with every discount.

From hourly cost to real profit in four steps

1

Calculate your hourly chair cost

Enter fixed monthly expenses (rent, staff, utilities, insurance, depreciation) and productive chair hours. The system calculates your cost per hour automatically.

2

Customize procedure costs

EUSTAK includes 35 predefined procedures with reference material costs. Customize material, lab, and collaborator costs based on your real suppliers.

3

Build a treatment plan

Select procedures, quantities, chair hours, and collaborators. The system calculates the total plan cost automatically.

The number most clinics ignore

Fixed monthly costs: 15,000 EUR Productive hours/month: 300 h ----------------------------------- Clinic hourly cost: 50 EUR/h FILLING (30 min chair time) Material cost: 20 EUR Chair cost: 25 EUR - half of total cost ------------------------------ Real cost: 45 EUR Selling price: 80 EUR Real profit: 35 EUR (not 60 EUR as assumed)

Without hourly cost you think you earn 60 EUR per filling. Reality is 35 EUR. Multiply this difference across hundreds of treatments per year.

Dental hourly cost FAQ

What is dental clinic hourly cost?

Hourly cost is the result of dividing fixed monthly expenses (rent, staff, utilities, insurance, equipment depreciation) by productive chair hours. It shows the cost of each clinical hour, regardless of materials.

How do you calculate productive hours?

Add the effective hours of all chairs: owner, collaborators, and hygienists. For example: owner 8h/day, collaborator 4h, hygienist 6h equals 18 hours/day times working days per month. More productive hours lower hourly cost because fixed expenses are spread wider.

What is included in a treatment plan cost?

EUSTAK combines three components: chair cost (plan hours x hourly cost), direct costs (materials + lab x quantities), and external collaborator costs. The sum is the real plan cost.

Are my patient data safe?

EUSTAK does not store clinical or personal patient data. It uses a free label only (like a number or reference) to identify each plan. No clinical history or sensitive data is stored.

Can I customize procedures and costs?

Yes. EUSTAK includes 35 standard procedures (fillings, endodontics, crowns, implants, prosthetics, hygiene) with reference costs. You can edit costs, add new procedures, or disable those you do not use.

What is a good hourly cost for a clinic?

It depends on size, location, and structure. A single-chair clinic in a mid-size city might be 40-60 EUR/hour, while a multi-chair clinic in a capital can be 70-100 EUR/hour. The key is calculating it with your real numbers.
