2. Service Description
EUSTAK is a financial management platform that offers:
- Automatic transaction categorization via AI
- Email synchronization for invoices and receipts
- Financial dashboard with analytics and reports
- Bank account integration (read-only)
- PDF reports for accountants
3. Registration and Account
3.1 Account Creation
To use EUSTAK, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
3.2 Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
EUSTAK offers various subscription plans. Prices and features are available in the Pricing section of the website.
4.2 Payments
- Payments are processed via Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- We do not offer refunds for already paid periods
4.3 Trial Period
We offer a 7-day free trial period. At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically activates unless cancelled.
5. Beta Programme
EUSTAK is currently in Beta. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept that:
- "As is" service: The service is provided as-is without guarantees of continuous availability or freedom from errors.
- Bugs and outages: During the Beta phase, bugs, temporary data loss, or service interruptions may occur.
- Service changes: EUSTAK reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features without notice.
- Feedback: Beta users are encouraged to report bugs and provide feedback at support@eustak.com.
- No guaranteed refunds: Beta subscriptions are subject to the same standard refund policies, but the user accepts the limitations of the service during development.
- End of Beta: At the end of the Beta phase, users will be notified and may continue with the full service or cancel their subscription.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EUSTAK only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
- Interfere with the service operation
- Upload harmful content or malware
- Violate intellectual property rights
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and software of EUSTAK are owned by EUSTAK or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
EUSTAK provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will always be available or error-free
- Results will be 100% accurate
- The service meets all your specific needs
In no event shall EUSTAK be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
8. Account Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time from settings. Cancellation results in:
- Immediate interruption of service access
- Deletion of all your personal data (except legal retention obligations)
- Permanent loss of all non-exported data
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or through a notification in the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Ibiza, Spain.

IMPORTANT: EUSTAK is an operational financial management tool and does NOT replace an accountant or tax advisor.
- EUSTAK does not generate official tax documents or tax returns
- Reports, calculations and analyses provided are indicative and for informational purposes only
- All data must be verified by a qualified accountant before being used for tax or legal purposes
- EUSTAK does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice
- The user is responsible for consulting a qualified professional for all tax and legal matters
- EUSTAK assumes no responsibility for decisions made based solely on data provided by the platform
