Three of us. Twenty years between us across kitchens, tills, small businesses and code. The talented restaurateur losing their Saturday morning to invoices instead of thinking about the menu — we saw that too many times. We decided it was worth building something. The restaurant owner should run their restaurant. We work between Italy and Spain.
